About

I am a part time potter and teacher living in Oro-Medonte, Ontario, Canada. I make functional wheel thrown pottery in my home studio on our ten acre hobby farm. I live with my husband, three boys and many pets.

I studied Health Sciences at the University of Western Ontario before getting a Master’s of Teaching at Griffith University on the Gold Coast of Australia. While studying at Western, I worked for the Health Science department drawing anatomy images for their student workbooks.

While teaching in Toronto, I took my very first clay class and fell in love. Since then, I have continued to learn on my own and have enjoyed taking courses at Haliburton School of Art.
